2. Contact form data

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential project.

The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry and, where your request relates to a potential project, taking steps prior to entering into a contract. Form submissions are retained for 12 months and then deleted, unless a continuing business relationship or legal obligation requires otherwise.

3. Website hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. When you visit the website, basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, date and time of access, and related server log data may be processed for security, diagnostics, and website operation purposes.

4. Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect the contact form from automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile. Turnstile may process technical information about your browser, device, and interaction with the website in order to distinguish humans from bots and protect the form from automated attacks.

5. Video delivery (Bunny.net)

Videos on this site are delivered through the Bunny.net content delivery network. When a video loads, Bunny.net may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser information, requested file, date and time of access, and related delivery data in order to stream the requested content.

This processing is necessary for the website to function and is based on our legitimate interest in delivering video content efficiently and securely. Bunny.net processes this data as our CDN service provider.

6. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site and improve its content and performance. Google Analytics may process usage data, device and browser information, approximate location data, and online identifiers. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you give consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics scripts or cookies are loaded.
